A little more about Elektra:

Elektra Armenta is a proud transgender Latina woman, born and raised in the heart of the 818—the San Fernando Valley. She's a fierce voice of resistance and representation in Los Angeles. A multi-hyphenate artist, she recently wrote, directed, produced, and starred in her autobiographical play, LA Estrella, which debuted at the Hollywood Fringe Festival to critical acclaim. With nearly a decade in the drag scene, Elektra has used her platform not only to entertain but to amplify marginalized voices, fiercely advocating for trans rights, people of color, and the power of unapologetic visibility. She's also a rapper and is currently working on her debut EP, blending raw lyricism and vibrant energy into music that tells her truth.
